Pills and supplements don’t create lasting health change since they don’t improve your dietary and lifestyle habits. They can be used on occasion but shouldn’t be the basis of any cleanse.
Instead, by focusing on eating cleaner, you inherently improve your chances of lasting benefits because you’ve now created new dietary habits. Plus, since your body requires specific nutrients to detoxify properly, it’s important to look to food for those answers. Without the right foods and nutrients, you rob your body of the nutrients it’s craving.
